PH Naffah will be at JJ's Cantina on Friday, June 5 for his annual Hot Dog and a Smile charity event to raise money for the children of Esparanza para los Niños. Let PH grill up a hot dog for you, and then sit back and relax with other fans while enjoying live music courtesy of Colorado's Best Country band The Railbenders, featuring RCPM's Jim Dalton. Remember, you will need a passport or passport card this time. If you don't have one and you haven't applied for one, do it TODAY! Come June 1, the new passport rules go into effect, and customs officials at the border will be strictly enforcing them. An RCPM board member recently applied for passports for the entire family (five members) in January. The passports arrived in about 4 weeks. So please DON'T WAIT until the last minute to apply for your passport. Should there be a big rush of last minute applications come mid-May, your passport could be delayed. We don't want you missing out on what's sure to be one of the most memorable concert experiences of the year. So please send in your passport application information as early as possible. There have also been some concerns in recent weeks about the safety of traveling through Mexico. Rocky Point is safe. It has not experienced any of the violence being reported in cities elsewhere on the mainland. As when traveling anywhere, use common sense; obey local laws and customs and conduct yourself responsibly. RCPM will continue to keep you up to date on the safety of traveling to Mexico. RCPM loaded their guitars, drum sticks and amps onto the tour bus once again in 2008 and traveled thousands of miles across North America, delivering night after night the kind of high energy rock show that has become a Peacemakers' trademark. The spirit and vigor of RCPM live was captured on both audio and video during one of the truly standout shows of the year in Teaneck, New Jersey. To commemorate this memorable performance, RCPM wants to raise one more round with fans and celebrate the release of a new live album.
Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers are excited to announce the release of "Glow In The Dark," recorded live at Mexicali Blues.
Beginning Monday February 2nd, and continuing for the next 14 weeks, fans will have a unique opportunity to not only hear the show, but watch Roger Clyne, PH Naffah, Steve Larson and Nick Scropos perform a different song, both from the RCPM and Refreshments catalogs, each week. Producer extraordinaire Clif Norrell, the man behind The Refreshments' classic "Fizzy, Fuzzy, Big and Buzzy," as well as RCPM's "No More Beautiful World" and "Turbo Ocho," was also there with trumpet in hand to work his magic on and off the stage.
Similar to last year's Turbo Ocho VivaCast, a page will be set up on our website
(www.azpeacemakers.com) where fans will find one new song from the show as well as the accompanying concert footage, each week. A total of 14 new songs and videos will be posted.
Each song and video will be streaming so you can enjoy them from our site, free of charge. As soon as a new song is posted on our website, it will also be available for purchase in our digital download store. Fans can either buy a new song each week, or at the end of the 14 weeks, the entire "Glow In The Dark" album will be available for purchase at once. "Glow In The Dark" will not be released in standard CD form. "Glow In The Dark" will be a digital download available only through our website.

In 2008, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers asked fans to help the children of Esparanza para los Niños. Twice last year, during Circus Mexicus weekend, P.H. Naffah donned an apron, grabbed a bottle of mustard and hosted "A Hot Dog & A Smile," a charity BBQ to raise money for the Puerto Peñasco orphanage so supplies such as baby formula, toiletries and fresh food could be purchased.
We are thrilled to announce that you, the Peace Core, helped raise $11,000 last year for Esparanza para los Niños! ¡Muchísimas Gracias! You guys rock! That money is in addition to the clothes, toys, food and household supplies that many of you donated.
Once again the Peacemaker community has shown why we truly have some of the greatest fans on the planet.
Esparanza para los Niños provides a private, non-profit home to about 30 orphans in Rocky Point. Thank you to everyone, who even in tough economic times in our own country, opened their hearts to help those in need. Each is lending their voice to raise awareness in Arizona to the Valley of the Sun United Way's Live United campaign.
By becoming actively involved in their community, Roger and other Valley celebrities, including members of the media, community and business leaders, and athletes, hope to collectively make a positive impact on the region.

We here at RCPM Inc. are strong supporters in music education for our youth. Learning to play an instrument provides a child with a more comprehensive education and some studies have shown music education even helps students in other academic areas such as math. And on top of all that, a lot of kids think it's fun! You never know which youngster out there just learning how to play an instrument will be the next Roger Clyne, PH Naffah, Steve Larson or Nick Scropos.
The non-profit Arizona group Ear Candy Productions is dedicated to creating, developing and sustaining youth music programs. Part of that effort includes helping put instruments in the hands of children in our schools, camps and other youth organizations.
Right now, and running through January 23, Ear Candy will be holding an instrument drive. Got a guitar in your basement that you thought about learning how to play at one time but never got around to it? Donate it and any other new or gently used instrument to Ear Candy so that a child can experience the joy of learning an instrument and the powerful influence of music.
Roger is a big supporter of this drive and will be donating some of his own gear. All instruments donated will directly benefit children in YOUR community.
