Big shows on the horizon!

Peacemakers!

It's been an unbelievable year so far for RCPM. The concerts have been incredible, and Roger, PH, Jim and Nick want to keep the rock rolling.

There are some great shows coming up that the boys are really excited about, and we want to see both old amigos and new compadres alike fill the venues.

Aug. 29 — All roads lead back to Tucson where RCPM will play the Rialto Theatre.

Sept. 5 — It's one of RCPM's biggest shows of the year in Las Vegas. We invite you to spend "An evening with Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers." at the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay. There will be no opening act. Just 3 hours of some of the greatest rock-n-roll on the planet. Remember, there will not be a fall Circus Mexicus this year. So come join everyone for fun in the Nevada sun and the biggest party of the holiday weekend.

Sept. 12 — RCPM returns to The Grand Canyon State for a show in Flagstaff at the Orpheum Theatre. The Northern Arizona Food Bank will also be holding a food drive during the show. Bring three non-perishable food items and be entered to win a meet-and-greet session with the band following their set.

Sept. 17 — Roger and Co. are very excited to have been selected to not only play at the Americana Music Festival in Nashville, but will be co-headling one of the nights with Cross Canadian Ragweed. This is bound to be an unforgettable night of music.

Sept. 19 — RCPM backs the D-Backs and will once again play post-game at the Arizona Diamondbacks game at Chase Field. Watch Arizona take on the Colorado Rockies and then stick around after for the concert.

It's shaping up to be a fantastic end to the summer. So tell a friend, tell a relative or tell a co-worker that if they've ever wanted to experience the power, the adrenaline, the energy and the camaraderie of a concert by Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers, they should make plans to get to one of these shows!

Website Changes Coming

Peacemakers,

The beauty of rock-n-roll is that it's unpredictable. Sometimes, there are situations and factions that work their way into an artist's work, both on and off stage, that the artist has no control over.

But, also in true rock fashion, most artists deal with these situations by licking their wounds and moving forward.

Such is the case with our website. As many of you know, Echo was forced to close its doors, leaving RCPM and other artists without a web host. Keeping up the maintenance on our website hasn't been easy for the past month.

But RCPM is moving on, which is why we're very excited and pleased to announce that MusicCityNetworks have agreed to become our new web gurus. They're a fairly new company. In many ways, they're a ma and pa homegrown company providing a very good service to society. But as you can see from their website, http://musiccitynetworks.com/, MCN is already putting together websites for some big name artists, including Brad Paisley, Sara Evans and Lady Antebellum.

The new RCPM website will have basically the same design as the current site. The biggest question I'm sure many of you have is, "When will this happen?" An exact date has not yet been selected. But it likely will be in the very near future, which is why we wanted to start preparing everyone for this. When a date has been picked, we will let everyone know through all of our internet sites (message board, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc.).

In the meantime, here's what the switch will mean to you:

All of the old threads and posts on the current message board WILL NOT be carried over. We apologize, but there's just no way to save those. So if you have a favorite post or thread that you want to continue on the new board, copy and save it in a file NOW!

Thank you all for your understanding and patience, and we look forward to learning all of this new material together.

We're very excited about what the future holds for RCPM, and we look forward to what we hope is a long and successful relationship with MusicCityNetworks.

Gracias!
RCPM

Flagstaff Food Drive

Peacemakers!

RCPM wants to give you the chance to meet the band in Flagstaff, while at the same time helping them put food on the plates of those less fortunate.

Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers are teaming up the Northern Arizona Food Bank during their concert on Sept. 12 at the Orpheum Theater. Bring three non-perishable food items to the show and be entered to win a meet-and-greet session with the band following their set. The winner will be announced at some point during the show.

The need for emergency food assistance is up by more than 110% from a year ago, according to the food bank.

“Let's all pitch in a little to fill our neighbors' cupboard,” Clyne said. “Surely, as we do so, our own hearts will overflow!”

Also as part of the food bank's efforts to raise money, a raffle to win a pair of tickets to the show will be held at the Flagstaff Gun Show on August 22nd & 23rd.

Gracias everyone!
