Peace Core,
We want to thank everyone who has tuned in to watch, listen or purchase the songs from "Glow In The Dark." It was an amazing evening and the audio and video really capture the energy of this special show.
The “GITD” project hasn't been without its challenges, however, and as many of you are aware, we've had a few unexpected hiccups along the way.
One of those hiccups, unfortunately, was a number of layoffs at Echo music, RCPM’s web-hosting company. Of late, a number of their clients, including RCPM have not received adequate attention or service. Regretfully, some of the work that has gone unfinished by Echo includes determining the reasons behind and rectifying why some of the “GITD” videos are missing audio and/or why the videos play on some computers but not others.
We sincerely apologize to those who have been frustrated with this experience. We are currently in the process of switching all of the “GITD” songs and videos over to Peacetimegoods.com. Once we have accomplished this, all of you who have sent emails or posted on the board that you were having problems as of DATE, will be re-sent “GITD” with fully functional audio and video. Again, this will be a downloaded album as “GITD" is not planned to be released as a physical product.
Keep checking back on the board to find out when this will all be released. We’re working to do it as soon as possible. Once we have a solution, we will email you directly as to how to download a “Glow In The Dark” with complete audio and video.
If you have any other questions, please email our board moderators, they will help guide you through the process.
Again, we apologize for the technical issues and any inconveniences you may have experienced, and we thank you all for your continued support.
Here’s to Life!

A Letter from Roger!
Dear Happy and Important Person,
I write you during a break in touring. We’re briefly back in Arizona and this morning, PH and I are in my writing room, working on a commercial for Circus Mexicus that will air on Mexican radio. (When we’re done, we’ll post the final version).
As we’re making this radio spot, it occurs to us that, especially in the shadows of headlines of global economic crisis, international drug-related ultra-violence, a world-wide disease pandemic, and new passport requirements, there may be some question about whether or not Circus Mexicus will “happen” this year.
The simple answer is “yes.” We will be there, the show will go on.
To answer the question “why” is probably more difficult to answer than “why not?” Why should the show go on? If, due to any one of the above circumstances we were to cancel this year’s Circus Mexicus, some folks would be disappointed, but I doubt anyone would fault us for not having a good enough reason.
Judiciously and with full knowledge of the issues in today’s headlines, RCPM again makes the choice to venture south, cross the border, and set up our stage in that “little drinking village with a fishing problem.” And if in the shadows of these headlines, there is a lot of elbow room in front of that stage, so be it. We’re ready for that. It is in RCPM’s manifesto to give all we have, every time play, whether it be in front of 1 person or 10,000. We will also be ready if thousands of rock and roll revelers show up to sing and swoon and sway. I know this: as always, the amps will roar, the mariachis’ horns will wail, the beer will be cold and the margaritas tall, the moon will be full, the fireworks will burst, and we will be there to stand and deliver! We offer but a simple celebration of Life through Rock and Roll! We will be there for that simple reason: to be the purveyors of happiness, delight, elation and joy. That’s why.
Salud!

Circus Mexicus Photo Contest 2009!
We asked for you to give us some of your best snapshot memories from Circus Mexicus, and apparently a lot of you have had a lot of good memories over the years.
More than 220 photos were submitted for our contest, making it very difficult to choose a winner in each category.
So without further ado, the winners are:
For best concert photo:
Erlaz is the winner for a great shot of Roger reaching into the crowd for a flask being offered by a fan, we assume to be followed by Roger raising another round to life and saluting the greatest audience on the planet.
For best non-concert Rocky Point photo:
JewelHill13 is the winner. This was the most difficult category to judge as we had so many great entries. Honestly, this was really really tough and there were about four people who could have won this. Jewel's picture of a pair of sandals on the beach with shells and a Tecate can nearby we thought was the best combination of creativity as well as exemplifying some of Rocky Point's most alluring features.
For the T-shirt category:
Chiefwithoutaheaddress put together a hilarious road sign graphic called "The Road to RCPM." Anyone who's made that drive knows exactly what he's talking about. I would buy this shirt in a heartbeat.
All three of our winners will receive two tickets to Circus Mexicus.
Thanks to everyone who entered. We will be posting the winning photos and maybe even some of the runners-up on the website soon. Those of you who won, please email Tippy with your real names and contact info. You'll be notified how to collect your prize.
Please check out the rest of the winners photos and the runners up in our photo gallery!!
